Shipping Policy:

Domestic Orders:

Orders shipped inside the US qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

All items will be ready to ship within two days of the order being placed. All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.

Taxes will be calculated at the time of check out. You will be notified by email when your order ships. Most items will be delivered in 3 to 7 days once the order is shipped.

International Orders:

You must contact Agate Designs via email or phone for international orders to make arrangements.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Returns are accepted. Full refund for all returned orders. Items must be returned in original packaging and be sent back at your cost that will be refunded to you when your refund is processed, usually within 2 weeks.
